With a passion for the outdoors and a commitment to fostering a love of nature in children, I am thrilled to join The Treehouse. Since 2014, I've worked in childcare with a diverse range of ages, from infants to middle schoolers, in various educational settings, including traditional public schools and fully outdoor programs. Most closely related to The Treehouse, I have had the honor of being a Preschool Teacher and an Infant Lead Teacher.

My teaching philosophy centers on first and foremost, to connect with children and to create magical experiences during the most formative years of a child's life. I strive to form positive relationships with them, so they feel safe coming to me with their needs. I hope they feel they can approach me when they need help navigating difficult emotions, and, of course, I hope to be an adult with whom they can celebrate their successes. I want to be someone they can rely on to make this time in their lives a magical experience.

I hold training in Early Childhood Education and am currently pursuing a Forestry degree with a focus on wildlife ecology. In my free time, I love crafting - especially making candles - and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest through hiking and outdoor adventures with my family. I can't wait to meat all the families at The Treehouse!
