Hi, my name is Lucy! I am excited to join the Treehouse community. I am new to teaching but have had many, many childcare jobs throughout my life and have always enjoyed them. Each child is unique and we can learn from each other. I appreciate the teaching approach and core values that the Treehouse follows - encouraging the children to express themselves through kind communication and artistic imagination, with an emphasis on connecting to the beloved earth we all share.

 

I have a BFA in sculpture and ceramics and have always loved working with my hands and exploring the 3 dimensional space - either literally with clay or adventuring outside. I love to cook and feed my loved ones, dance, play and make art!
